I value good horsemanship and handling, and I'm willing to take extra time working on horses that are old, sore, or inexperienced. 

This stated, I require all horses I work on to be safe on the ground. Horses with little to no training or dangerous behavior provide a risk to my safety and career. If your horse is unable to stand for farrier visits for any reason, I will only work on the horse with sedation. Sedation requires veterinarian prescription and/or supervision - I do not provide sedation services.

I require:

• A relatively flat place to work

• A qualified handler OR a fitting halter, lead rope and secure place to tie

If you do not have access to a suitable shelter, I reschedule in events of dangerous weather (severe cold, storms, etc).

I maintain the right to reschedule in case of sickness or emergency, as well as the right to deny or cease service at any time.
